Wow where has the time gone?

Well it's been over a week since I've been able to post I've been working on runway stuff for work getting everything figured out in that situation. Figuring out how things work in the store and then school the end of semester is upon us it's totally crazy how much work I have to do because I procrastinated so much. This teaches me a lesson for next semester. 

We took a mini vacation and headed to bay beach to have some fun. This was amazing for cubette to go play she was so happy

 So quirky :) 

So then the runway so I worked so hard at putting together 

Amazingly awesome runway models who survived cancer or help treat cancer. 

So I love my new job I currently work for a bridal store called Alfa Bridal www.alfabridal.com and I have to say hands down this is the best job I've ever had. I get to put all my brain to work instead of just something here and there. 

More and more I am getting my life back in order don't worry I'll be back swinging soon :)

a whole new me?

Welcome to my blog... It took me a long time to figure out that my priorities were in the wrong place. I am a blogger who started to blog because it made me happy. Then I came away from that to become a blogger that everyone else was. :) I am me for a reason. So don't expect any more straying and don't expect me to blog every day but I will try to get some reasonable posts during the week. This way I can stay true to my self. :)

 

Monday turnaround

Well welcome to the end of the semester oh my goodness a year of school done with! Now I have to work on getting my butt in gear finishing my homework I've been slacking so much it is unbelievable so now I am going to have to work my butt off this next four weeks to get all my school work done on time. Why I let my self slack so much I am not sure I think with so much going on I just took my time when I knew I shouldn't have.

On the other hand I've gotten cubette soccer stuff all situated and getting the team all put together for her.

All this with a new job that I really enjoy! Just like starting a new year. I hope everything turns out for the better :)

Marriage Equality

 

Look at that stunning couple :) I LOVE that marriage equality is becoming more and more. There is no doubt in my mind that someday we will all be able to get married and be happy with the ones we love. 

Here is to the future of marriage and commitment <3 

I can't wait to start getting more details on my wedding! I love my new job like beyond belief! I am proud and happy to say I work there! I am excited to be apart of a upcoming company! I really do hope I can continue with this company for quite some time! ( yes the first time I've been able to say that).

So Congratulations RoadIslandians :)  You are making this world one step better!!! Oh and to France also!!! Oui Oui :) Je ne peux pas attendre pour visiter! 

Throwback Thursday : Week Three

This week's throwback is the Shannon...

Shannon and I met at a park one day.. It was totally crazy, we both decided to take our kids to see the ducks on the same day.. Odder yet we talked went to lunch and became best friends overnight.

There was no stronger bond between two friends.. I have to admit that she was a strong rock when I needed her and I was there when she needed me. I wish that the world didn't keep us apart and she lived right down the road from me again.









We had this fantastic Mothers Day out ... :) I never had a friend take me to do any thing as fun as that day. :)

Weigh In Wed...

 

Last week we started a new healthy eating situation. More fruits veggies and less chips and soda you know the bad stuff.

Well last week I didn't post this because I was ashamed of how far I let this get out of hand....

STARTING WEIGHT

235 LBS

CURRENT WEIGHT

232 LBS 

For those of you who know me I am a sedentary person I don't get up and move around a lot. Well yesterday I started a new job working as a wedding dress consultant. I am working to become a Wedding planner. All while finishing my degree in Business Management.

For the past week we have been walking every day! ( new plus for us!!) My new rule is we can't eat out unless we walk there..  So far so good on that rule. 

Next week we start soccer practices, I am my daughters coach for that. 

I am becoming more active.. I am sure these pounds will start coming off more and more now that I am getting out there and I am starting to do stuff.

Week one of getting healthy... DONE!!! 

Now goal for next week to be under 230... Wish me luck!
